If you are trying to do your registration and you can’t successfully finish, we suggest you try the options:
- It’s possible that your bank card it’s not authorized for online transactions. We suggest calling your bank and be sure that this option is active.
- Be sure that your bank card is active, with balance and it doesn’t have a lock or is in a process of clarification.
- Try to do the registration with a different e-mail.
- Be sure to change your username in all the attempts you make.
- Make sure that the integrated mobility card you use, has not been linked to previous registrations.
If your payment has been approved, but you have not been able to complete your registration, please check your email and you will receive a message with steps to finish it. Remember to check your spam.
