If you are trying to do your register and you can´t finished with successful. We suggest the next points:
- It’s possible that your bank card it’s not authorized for buy on line. We suggest call at your bank and be sure that this option is active.
- Be sure that your bank card is current, with balance and it doesn’t have a block or is in a process of clarification.
- Try to do the register with a different e-mail.
- Be sure to change the name of user in all the attempts you do.
- Make sure that the integrated mobility card you use, has not been linked to previous registrations.
If your payment has been approved, but you could not complete your register, please check your email you will receive a message with steps to conclude it. Remember to check your spam.
